since i done stretches my sciatica is worse dammm my cemist told me not to believe yotube..

I have bulging at L4-L5, had really bad sciatica 10 years ago, I recently pulled my SI joint according to my chiro... felt like the back of my pelvis was breaking hurt to walk or use the washroom. I'm doing my stretches everyday and going in twice a week but now my sciatica is back! Any advise?

It helps a little. I have severe sciatica pain in both legs. It's hard to walk or sit. It's been like this for 5 months and it's depressing. It's really wearing in me. It's unrelenting. Doctors here don't prescribe pain meds unless its something major. I can't afford a specialist doctor. My health insurance paid for my knee replacement but when it comes to back issues, nothing is covered.

At age 68, on occasion I stress my sciatic nerve at the gym. I've been lifting weights regularly for 54 years and have experienced a pain or two. The above exercises are spot on for pain relief and recovery. Highly recommend.

Canola oil is the most unhealthy to cook with. You should know this.

My brother had Prostate Cancer and had surgery. Tjen my husband got it.. I knew something was going on with my husband because his first morning trip to the bathroom was looooong. I would be in the bed listening to this long stream, longer than the normal first morning trip to the bathroom. I told him something was wrong with that. He went to the doctor and it was discovered.

I wouldn't go to wellstar for anything the treatment is poor and they could careless about you Dr. Naik and Dr. Bakarich are the worst OB's I've seen in my life they only care about the money they make off of keeping us sick and mistreating us when we're sick and it's mostly done to African Americans

Had to get surgery for a serious tear in my left shoulder brought on my years in law enforcement and working out. Dr. Burns explained everything clearly and knew what he was doing. I am back to work full duty now and am on my way to being fully healed. His entire staff is also very awesome. I wish I got all their names but Catherine was very empathetic as was Dr. Burns and listened to any concerns. He works with you as a team during your recovery, actually LISTENS, and is very encouraging. When dealing with orthopedic issues and something as complex as a shoulder injury, don’t just settle for “doc down the street;”. Dr. Burns knows exactly what to do and even trains other surgeons. I know where I am going back to for any future orthopedic issues!
